Welcome to AYNI (Arogya Yoga & Naturopathy Institute), operated by Trinetr Insight Foundation ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our website and learning platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users or the platform.
Student features (cart, wishlist, checkout) are intended for users registered with the student role as configured on the platform.

2. Courses & digital content

Courses, videos, materials, and certificates are licensed for your personal, non-commercial learning as permitted by your enrolment—not for resale, redistribution, scraping, or public performance.
We may update course content, structure, or availability for operational or quality reasons where reasonable.
Access is granted through your account after successful payment or other entitlement (e.g. institutional access) as shown in the product.

3. Payments & payment gateway

Payments on this platform are processed by our payment partner Razorpay (or successor we notify). Card, UPI, wallet, and other methods available at checkout are subject to Razorpay's terms and your bank or wallet provider.

You authorise us and Razorpay to charge the amount shown at checkout (including applicable taxes shown, if any) in INR unless otherwise stated.
For single-course purchases and multi-course cart checkout, you complete payment in the Razorpay flow; we verify the payment server-side before activating access.
Promotional codes, if offered, apply only as described at checkout. Misuse of codes may result in cancellation of the order or account action.
Refunds and cancellations follow our separate Payment & cancellation policy. In particular, digital course access after successful payment is generally non-refundable as described there.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, other users' accounts, or payment flows.
Use automated means to bulk-download content, probe security, or overload the Service.
Share credentials or circumvent access controls.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, curriculum, and media are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited licence to use enrolled materials for your learning, no rights are granted to you.

6. Disclaimers

Wellness and education content is for general learning and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult qualified professionals for health decisions. The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific course or transaction giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, unless a stricter limit applies under law.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by law. Material payment-related changes will be highlighted where practical.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at a competent venue in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
