1. Digital access products
Our courses are delivered electronically and can be consumed immediately. Since digital access cannot be physically returned, refunds are not normally provided after access is granted.
2. Eligible exceptions
- Verified duplicate transaction for the same order due to payment error.
- Any refund required under non-waivable applicable law.
3. Resolution timeline
For duplicate/failed payment disputes, contact support within 7 days and share your Razorpay payment ID. After verification, eligible adjustments are processed as per gateway and banking timelines.
