AYNI (Arogya Yoga & Naturopathy Institute) is the global flagship initiative of Trinetr Insight Foundation — dedicated to sustainable human health through ancient Vedic wisdom and modern research. We provide certified digital learning programs in yoga therapy, pranayama, naturopathy, and holistic wellness.

To bridge the gap between ancient yogic wisdom and modern scientific understanding — making wellness education practical, youth-friendly, and accessible for every stage of life. We believe knowledge becomes powerful only when it moves from books into daily practice.
