Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 March 2026
AYNI (Arogya Yoga & Naturopathy Institute), operated under Trinetr Insight Foundation("we", "us"), respects your privacy. This Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password (stored securely), role, and profile details you provide.
- Usage data: pages viewed, course progress, device/browser type, and approximate location from IP (for security and analytics).
- Payment metadata: when you pay, our payment partner (e.g. Razorpay) processes card/UPI/wallet details. We typically receive transaction IDs, amount, and status—not your full card number.
- Communications: messages you send to support and email correspondence.
2. How we use information
- To create and manage your account and enrolments.
- To deliver Courses, certificates, and platform features.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To send service-related emails (verification, receipts, security alerts).
- To improve the platform and comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal basis (where applicable)
We process data as necessary to perform our contract with you, for legitimate interests (security, improvement), and where required by law. Marketing communications, if any, will be sent only with your consent where required.
4. Sharing
We may share data with trusted processors: hosting, email, analytics, and payment partners—only as needed to run the service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
5. Retention
We keep data as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute resolution. You may request deletion subject to legal retention requirements.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, access controls, secure password handling). No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
8. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
9. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date will change; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
