Payment & cancellation policy

Summary: Course fees are charged at checkout. Once you have successfully purchased a course and access has been granted on the platform, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, including for change of mind or non-use.

1. Nature of the product

Our Courses are digital educational products. Access is delivered electronically through your account immediately or shortly after successful payment confirmation.

2. No refunds after purchase

Because content is digital and access cannot be "returned", we do not provide refunds once a course has been purchased and enrolment/access has been activated, except as stated in section 4 below.

  • No refunds for partial completion, lack of time, or dissatisfaction with teaching style where the service was delivered as described.
  • Promotional or discounted purchases are also non-refundable.

3. Failed or duplicate charges

If a payment fails, no charge should be completed—retry checkout if needed. If you believe you were charged twice for the same course due to a technical error, contact us within seven (7) days with transaction details; we will investigate with our payment partner and, if confirmed as a duplicate, work to correct it in line with payment provider rules.

4. Legal exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in India. If a court or regulator determines a refund is required by law, we will comply.

5. Subscription or bundles (if applicable)

If we offer subscriptions or bundles in the future, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, the same principle applies: fees paid for digital access already delivered are not refundable.
